We’re happy to
provide you with a free sample invitation. Simply email or
call us to arrange this. If you’d like to see more than
one there is a small charge for this to cover our costs however
we will offset this against your order.

Ordering
Q:
When should I order my wedding invitations?
A: It
is customary to send out invitations from 8-10 weeks before your
wedding and you should allow
4
weeks for your stationary to arrive as this gives you plenty of
time to check the proofs before they are printed and
to write
out your invitations.
Q:
When should I order my wedding table stationery?
A:
You’ll need to order these at least 4 weeks before the wedding.
Q:
How long will it take to receive my stationery?
A:
You will receive your proofs within 7 days of placing your order
so that you can check the wording and layout. Once you have
confirmed that you have approved them you will receive your
printed stationery within 3 weeks. Depending on our workload, we
may be able to deliver your stationery quicker than this.
Q: What’s
your minimum order?
A:
Our minimum order size is 50 items. Subsequent orders do
not have to be in this volume.
Q:
What deposit do I need to pay?
A:
When you place your order, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable
deposit of 50%.
Q:
How will you get my stationery to me?
A:
We send all our stationery by next day Royal Mail Special
delivery. This normally costs around £15-£25 however this may be
less depending on the weight and size of your order and we will
always adjust the price to reflect this.
Proofs
Q:
How do you send me my proofs?
A:
We can email or post you proofs to you.
Q:
Why do you
send me proofs before you print my stationery?
A:
This is to make sure that you are absolutely happy with the
design and spelling of your stationery. Once you have
approved the proofs and the order is printed we can not re-print
the run without incurring an additional cost to you. Please do
take the time to check the proofs very carefully before you sign
them off.
